Latest on reclaiming bank charges 1 Year, 2 Months ago  
Does anyone know what the latest situation is on reclaiming bank charges? Last I heard it was still in the courts.

I am wondering about that now. Do you mean that consumers might not be able to get their fees back when they get overdrawn or get charged a fee?

There's usully info about this on www,moneysavingexperts.com

I managed to claim back about £600 but it was a while back. I had claimed more but the bank offered to settle and I was happy.

I assume you managed to claim this before the court action stuff. I think the latest is that it has all been put on hold until 2010.

Hi I'm new to this forum
This is certainly doable, I got £750 back a few months ago. My mate suggested to use the free pack from dyoclaim.com
