How many of you who have pets, have insurance on them? About how much is it a year (per animal)? Is it worth it?

I have pet insurance. It's about $12 a month. That's for cats, it might be a few bucks more for dogs. I haven't had to resort to using it.

VPI is a good insurance company. My friend had one from some dinky company and they only ended up paying like 5% of the bill, leaving him with a three thousand to pay.
