It is always a hard decision to make when you want to rent a new house or apartment and much more if you were going to buy a house. The few things I would consider when I want to look for a new house or apartment to rent or even purchase a house, is the location and the security. I know that there can be adjustments that can be done along the way after making the first few steps. What are your considerations when you try to rent/buy an apartment or house?

first is the location, the accessibility to various places that i usually go. then the price and the house itself if it is worth the price. this i considering when buying because it is for long-term purposes. when renting, i am not really that strict in my qualification for the house or apartment.

I forgot the consideration with the cost. Of course, it's an important factor that we have the consider. If it's worth the what you'll be paying for. How about purchasing or renting a property that's nearly dilapidated and the owners are offering for a very low price, would you consider on closing a deal? What can make you think otherwise?

I would prefer buying a house for long-term reasons. In case there is a rush offer then I think it would be a good deal, depends on the circumstances of course like the availability of the money and others.

I take the few considerations into my mind when I'm renting or buying a house. The location, easy accessible to go to various places or not, price, whether the house costs that worth or not and the security and the necessites that are provided. Nothing much more than that.
