hello everyone... i'm thinking of trying my luck in real estate. anyone who can give me some tips on how good or bad will it be? most of my friends are giving it a try and i want to first hear it from the experts.

I'M ALSO INTERESTED WITH THAT BUT YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO PASS A CERTAIN EXAM IN ORDER TO BE A LEGAL AGENT. I KNOW IT IS NOT AN EVERYDAY BUSINESS TRANSACTION BUT IT WOULD SURELY BE A BIG INCOME FOR EVERY TRANSACTION.

you should take an exam to be a licensed broker. it surely gives a good income but will require some effort in order to take the most of it.
