When I was working I've set a pension plan for no particular reason and did not mind it until I've finished the term. Now I've seen its real purpose and I want to share it to all of you. You can ask your grandpas and mas about it and how it helped them during the retirement years. You should start now and you never regret it.

I agree with you. We should take the opportunity of setting a pension plan and enjoy it during retirement. That is the main purpose of it and glad you are happy about it.

Good for you and I am looking forward to enjoy the same when I retire. I know it is really helpful because I've seen how it helped my parents when they retired.

Do you consider receiving your pension in lump sum or not?

I don't have a pension and I am near my retirement age. I am just depending on my small business, water business given to me by my son.

Wow! This is what I want to achieve in the future. My main reason is because I haven't seen it from my own parents. I know that my dad started something like this when he started working after college, however, I don't he was able to continue it because he is not receiving any pension. I see the difference from those who are and are not receiving pension. What are your suggestions/recommendations when it comes to getting a pension?
